clean up exercise at GBC Ura Radio

A clean up exercise has been organized to clean up the premises of GBC URA Radio by pupils of the Fountain Gate International School.

According Agana Patrick who led the children said the clean-up exercise forms part of the activities marking the Ghana National Association of Private School, GNAPS, week celebrations.

GNAPS he added is being celebrated country wide under the theme “The Influence of politics on Ghana’s education, the way forward for private schools”.

According to some of the school children, they preferred URA Radio because it is a government institution and its programmes are designed to meet the demands of people in the Upper East Region.

They explained that choosing URA Radio for the clean-up exercise also gives them the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the operations of the station.
